Returns & Exchanges
At Gamebred, we take pride in the quality and durability of our combat sportswear. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
A return or exchange request may be accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
Returns requested after the eligibility window may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of combat sports equipment, the following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in case of manufacturing defects or shipping errors:
- Rashguards
- MMA shorts
- Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or used for training
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
Combat Sports Use Disclaimer
Gamebred products are designed for training and competition in combat sports.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by intense training, improper sizing, misuse, or exposure to extreme conditions does not qualify as a defect and is not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only, in accordance with Shopify Payments, Razorpay, or Stripe policies
- Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval
- Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
- Size exchanges are subject to product availability
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a verified defect or incorrect item
